CVE-2026-84654 is an improper form-data binding vulnerability in Stapler 2107.v8dfcb_e8ed317 and earlier, except 2088.2093.vd7c3e58008a_6, as bundled with Jenkins 2.579 and earlier and Jenkins LTS 2.568.2 and earlier. Stapler form binding permits submitted configuration data to assign values to public static fields of the configuration object bound to a form. Because static fields are shared, attacker-supplied changes affect the Jenkins instance globally rather than only the intended configuration object.
