CVE-2026-88778 is a predictable TCP Initial Sequence Number (ISN) vulnerability in Citrix NetScaler ADC and Citrix NetScaler Gateway. When Enhanced ISN Generation is disabled for relevant TCP configurations, the appliance may generate TCP ISNs that can be predicted from previously observed values. Affected releases are ADC versions before 14.1-73.37 or 13.1-64.23, ADC FIPS versions before 14.1-73.37 FIPS, ADC FIPS and NDcPP versions before 13.1-37.279, and Gateway versions before 14.1-73.37 or 13.1-64.23.

A predictable-value vulnerability (CWE-342) affecting Citrix NetScaler ADC and Citrix NetScaler Gateway. The supplied CVSS v4 vector indicates network-reachable exploitation with no privileges or user interaction required and high impacts to vulnerable-system integrity and availability.
A high-severity weakness permitting TCP initial sequence-number prediction, potentially enabling connection prediction, manipulation, or related network attacks when Enhanced ISN Generation is disabled.
A CVSS 8.8 predictable-value vulnerability (CWE-342) affecting Citrix NetScaler ADC and Gateway. The advisory specifies a TCP configuration change as a mitigation.
