CVE-2026-89010 is an unauthenticated OS command injection vulnerability in the root-privileged sync_server daemon of WAVLINK WN535M1 and WN535M3 routers running firmware earlier than M35M1_V250922. The daemon accepts attacker-controlled filename data over its network service, incorporates it into a shell command using sprintf(), and invokes system() without neutralizing shell metacharacters. A remote attacker can thereby inject and execute arbitrary operating-system commands with root privileges.
