CVE-2026-9203 is a server-side request forgery vulnerability in Progress MarkLogic Server affecting versions 11.0.0 and later before 11.3.6, and 12.0.0 and later before 12.0.3. The flaw allows an authenticated user with low-privileged roles to bypass protections intended to restrict access to cloud instance metadata endpoints. In affected deployments, this can cause the server to issue attacker-influenced requests to metadata services that should not be reachable through normal application behavior, resulting in exposure of sensitive cloud environment credentials and expanding the impact beyond the database server itself.
