CVE-2026-95312 is an information-disclosure vulnerability in the Chrome Password Manager’s suggested-password popup for grouped or weakly affiliated credentials. On affected desktop Chrome versions, the password suggestion flow sent the complete username preview for a grouped credential to the renderer before the user confirmed use of that credential. This could expose the username associated with a credential saved for a different, weakly affiliated domain. Password values were displayed as masked characters and were not disclosed through this behavior. Chromium resolved the issue by suppressing username previews for grouped credentials.
