CVE-2026-95313 is a browser-process heap-use-after-free vulnerability in Google Chrome's Fullscreen component affecting versions before 154.0.8037.57. WebContentsImpl retains a raw RenderFrameHostImpl pointer across ForSecurityDropFullscreen(), which can synchronously detach or navigate the requesting subframe. Subsequent accesses use the stale pointer even though its containing WebContents remains alive. The unsafe lifetime pattern affects RunJavaScriptDialog, RunBeforeUnloadConfirm, RunFileChooser, and ViewSource. A crafted HTML page can potentially trigger arbitrary code execution outside the Chrome sandbox.
