CVE-2026-95344 is a time-of-check/time-of-use vulnerability in Google Chrome DevTools before version 154.0.8037.57. The forwardKeyboardEvent() function reads mutable KeyboardEvent properties during shortcut allowlist validation and again during serialization, allowing a malicious DevTools extension to forward unauthorized shortcuts. Combined with an authorization gap in paused-debugger evaluation, these shortcuts allow an attacker to select another extension's content-script call frame and execute JavaScript with that extension's isolated-world bindings. The vulnerability bypasses extension isolation and can expose data accessible through the victim extension's APIs.
