CVE-2026-95353 is a use-after-free/stale-pointer vulnerability in V8's FastIterateArray implementation. In packed, holey, and dictionary element iteration paths, raw tagged pointers to array backing stores and element values could remain on the native stack across an embedder callback. A callback that performs a cppgc allocation can synchronously trigger compacting V8 garbage collection, relocating the referenced objects while the untracked raw pointers remain stale. Subsequent wrapper association may write through a stale pointer, and later iteration may dereference a dangling array backing-store pointer and interpret attacker-influenced or reclaimed data as a tagged object. The reachable web-facing path includes Blink conversion of sequence<ArrayBuffer> inputs used by WebCodecs interfaces.
