CVE-2026-95359 is an information-disclosure vulnerability in Chromium's validating GPU command decoder. The framebuffer-completeness cache generated texture-attachment signatures without including the attachment sample count and layer values. Consequently, framebuffer configurations differing only in either omitted property could produce the same cache key. Chromium could reuse a previously cached complete status for a framebuffer that was actually incomplete, bypassing a required driver completeness check. A failed clear against that incomplete framebuffer could then cause texture storage that was not zeroed to be marked as cleared and subsequently rendered or read.
