This six-file repository contains a standalone Python 3 proof of concept for CVE-2026-97160, a CWE-94 PHP code-injection issue in lomart.fr's UP/Universal Plugin for Joomla. The sole code file, poc.py, uses requests and urllib3 to normalize one or more supplied Joomla base URLs, query known UP plugin manifest/static-asset paths, parse discovered version strings, inspect root Joomla pages for UP markers and exposed {up php=...} content, and write JSONL/hit-list results. It supports concurrent check-only scanning of a target list, optional proxying, disabled TLS certificate verification, and configurable timeout/thread settings. Its exploit mode is not an end-to-end Joomla content-injection exploit: it does not log in, upload content, or submit a shortcode. Instead, it retrieves a caller-provided public article and confirms prior server-side PHP execution by finding the POCBIT-97160-OK marker emitted from a manually inserted PHP shortcode. The documented affected releases are UP 5.0.0-5.2.0 and 6.0.0-6.0.29; fixes are identified as 5.2.1 and 6.1.0 respectively. Other repository files are documentation, dependency declarations, ignore rules, license text, and a one-target example list.
